Actually MY car IS usually in these shows (it wont be in this one this year though,) and im one of those anal people you speak of… Mostly they are all roped off and most arent even within reaching distance, its not like a big drunken mosh pit or something. Its more of a social drinking thing, people are pretty respectable and ive actually had more problems with sober ignorant fucks than i ever have with ones that have been drinking… ie: carl casper.
Nope im not posting up pics if you dont come you wont see i cant guarantee theyll be there for sure yet they are tryin to get off work for it.

As for the beer thing I still don’t agree with it weather its social or not, thats why you go out afterwards. If you can’t hold off drinking for a couple hours and wait you need self control assistance.
All these Championship IAS judged shows are set up the same. The clenliness of the cars are remarkable but not every single car is roped off. Just because it hasn’t happend to your car doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. If they offer beer I bet they are AT LEAST trying to prevent it from becoming a “drunken mosh pit” by regulating it some what but if you sneek it in and others start sneeking it in, how long before 16 year old joe ricer starts sneeking it in because you tell him he can and how and it turns bad.
(yes I know even when you regulate it there are ways around it but its still in place)
I wasn;t trying to start a fight with you or an argument. Just saying I don;t agree with ETOH being allowed during shows. Go out after wards and get stupdi drunk but make sure you have a ride home.
And as stated Its not the beer at the show keeping me away, its starting back to work after my 10 day vacation.

there was beer at WOW… it was like 6 bucks a beer… but there was beer, i did not see one drunk person there out of the three days i sat there
exactly at 6 bucks a pop no one in there right mind is going to pay that. Hence no drunk people means no problems.
Encuranging sneaking of ETOH and people getting drunk is not a good thing at a show.

Well its not really SNUCK in the vendors can sell it, but we take in our own when we set up so we dont pay $5/beer. Trust me they card and ID like effin crazy, people have been arrested for it… Im not saying it doesnt happen, ive had some stupid shit happen near around my car by sober people and it ticked me off and i had my words with them, but im just sayin its really not that much of a difference because of the price of the stuff and the fact they crackdown on it so well…
I personally think this show is pretty good but its not one id like to spend all weekend at.
And If i had pics of my drunken escapade id post em, I think there are a couple people waiting to use it as blackmail lol… So yeah sorry about that one if it happens again maybe your buds will catch it… haha Be safe to those coming!
