slickdeals usually throws up a dell with a 19inch flat panel, and a dual core amd chip for very similar bucks.
I can almost guarantee you’ll find a better deal here:

You can make a prety dam ballin comp for around $400 with a lcd… Yea, you have to know something, but its wayyy better and prety dam easy to put together, just ask a buddy who knows something to help you…
