that also have the new thing where is a electronic vascar. set up a laser type thing at one point across the road then one 40 feet or how ever far across the road. kinda like the laser connected to a garage door to keep it from crushing something. and it electronically does vascar alot more acurately also. and city cops can use radar also. clairton does all the time. churchill i doubt is a city though right.
