so after a few weeks of searching, swapping, and trying to make everything fit together again, the civic is finally ready for paint. heres some pics from this afternoon after my last parts came in. i need a cheap hook up on some sanding and paint. its not a terrible job but nothing that should cost too much either.
it went from this…
to this…
here u can see the hood is bent a little and the finder needs a little work too. anyone on the board think they can paint this for a decent price?
well iv been told by different places to leave them on and take them off. heres the deal…i may just buy the cf hood since i get it 50% off and just paint the bumper and the tips of my fenders. ill keep the hood for a stock but im not going to waste the money to paint it. i can take everything off to get it painted but it would be tough to match and fade it. but it feels good to have it back together. u wouldnt believe the trouble i went through for these parts. walking around junkyards for hours to find little shit such as a bumper bracket. but i need someone to paint it (parts on or off, it doesnt matter)
