How long of a time span was it from your first Call/PM until this posting?

My office phone isn’t checked until 6pm normally. We aren’t office people, I’m out on the road and my installer is out installing.
Best source of contact is my cellphone! I don’t’ answer always, but I call back shortly! Sometimes I’m with customers or driving and it’s hard to pick up.
