Cloud White '92 Hatch, Mint.

So it’s time to part ways with my hatch. I love this car greatly, but through careful deliberation and months of thought, I’ve decided to let it go rather than going ahead with the big plans I had for it.

Details:

1992 Nissan 240sx LE Fastback

  • All items listed as new were installed within 2 months of when the car was put away in November 2012.

Body/Exterior:

  • Rust free. Underbody, rails, lines, etc; all 100%
  • Solid body with clean paint. This isn’t a tremclad spraybombed pile. Paint was cut and polished summer 2012
  • Rear fenders rolled and pulled for a slight lip
  • Front fenders rolled and pulled roughly 10mm
  • Roof vinyl wrapped black
  • OEM skirts
  • Glass projector headlamp housings with turquoise coloured peanut bulbs for show, DRL, etc.
  • Clear front turn signals
  • USDM DRL delete bumper vents
  • Tails tinted red (gets rid of ugly yellow signals)
  • Properly shaved antenna

Suspension:

  • Ichiba 5 lug hubs all around with ARP extended studs
  • SPL RUCAs
  • Tein front tension rods
  • S14 FLCAs
  • Stillway track spec (hard and fast) coilovers, can’t find rates. No leaks, creaks, clunks or rattles
  • Cusco front and rear upper strut braces
  • HICAS delete bar
  • All HICAS equipment removed from car, base model pump and reservoir installed

Wheels:
Front 18x9.5" +22 Advan SA3R, 225/40R18 Continental ContiSportContact 2
Rear 18x9.5" +35 XXR 006, 225/40R18 Dunlop SP Sport 01

  • Wheels do not rub front or rear, lock to lock.
  • Properly balanced, no vibration or shaking at any speed

Brakes:

  • R32 GTR front calipers, new PBR pads and OEM cross drilled rotors
  • Z32 master cylinder
  • New in-bay brake lines
  • ABS deleted
  • Stock rear brakes, new hawk pads and OEM rotors
  • Entire system flushed and filled with DOT 4 fluid

Engine/Drivetrain/Exhaust:

  • S14 KA
  • New NGK plugs, wires, cap, rotor
  • New starter
  • New alternator
  • New Interstate Group 51 (honda sized) battery
  • K&N drop-in filter
  • Bing’s resonated cat delete
  • New OEM catback (torquey with perfect exhaust note, noticeable but not annoying or overbearing)
  • Clutch recently replaced
  • New clutch master and slave cylinder, new clutch lines
  • New tranny and diff fluid (Lucas 75W90 syn)
  • Welded diff

Interior:

  • Black, clean as hell at all times.
  • Grey carpet, no rips, tears, burns, etc.
  • Door panel inserts removed for all black panels
  • R32 GTR driver’s seat
  • Leather passenger
  • Black cloth rear seats
  • Gauge cluster lights converted to red
  • Eclipse 7 colour deck (set to red to match cluster) with aux cord routed through center console
  • Aftermarket radio antenna mounted inside windshield above rear view mirror, excellent reception
  • OEM in-door amps deleted properly, all speakers upgraded to JBL
  • Broadway flat rear view mirror (just bigger than factory)
  • OEM leather shift knob and boot
  • Old school nismo badge on shifter trim
  • All black Momo Race steering wheel with MINE’s horn button (will also include black Momo button)
  • Working horn
  • LED interior lights
  • Auto ECU (better fuel maps, no speed limiter)

The Bad:

  • Speedo does not work. I can fix that if buyer wishes, I daily’d the car and never used it.
  • Tranny grinds for a split second into second gear if you shift hard. I don’t shift hard, and therefore never had a problem.

So that’s it. $6000 or best offer! If you’re not serious, don’t waste my time and I won’t waste yours.
