We treat the water out of Clyde, Euclid, Banning #4, Mon View, Helen, Russelton #2 and Russelton Berry, Bird, and Fawn Mines

No … Its not a shit plant … thats the thing. A sewage plant is a shit plant. Acid Mine Drainage water is TOTALLY different. The water is basically clear, and from (obviously) under the ground from the mines. We pump it out of the mines, airate it (which turns it totally orange … about like a 350z burnt orange color) which is all of the Fe (iron) in the water. We then treat for the iron with ethier polymer/costic … we also have strict requirements for pH also … and we treat pH with ethier lime/soda ash/or costic. After the water has gone through several steps with everything, we send it into the rivers, creeks, and streams
