if he doesnt get rid of the Cobra, he says he will have $27,000 for his idea of a “cheap” daily driver. Im pretty sure he could find something in that price range that wouldnt be too shabby to log 45K a year in. Shit I love my Maxima with its 128K miles. $6,500 leather, power everything, digital auto climate control, Bose stereo, moonroof… the car is built like a brick shithouse. rock solid. Feels like a brand new car. If one planned of getting a car to rack 40K miles/yr in, the best choice would be a Neon/Cavalier with about 80K. Of course, I wouldnt be caught dead in a Cavalier or Neon, so a used Lexus for around $15,000 would be about perfect. After 2 years with 80K more miles on it, whatever you have is gonna lose about 2/3 of its value so it makes no sense to spend a lot of money on it. Buy car for $15K and take the other 12K and put some of it into the cobra and the rest in a CD or a mutual fund or something.

cheap is a relative term - cheap to me is alot different than cheap to Blue. I thought my $400 truck was cheap, not $27k
