Ok, looking to purchase a home in rochester, and one of the issues with it, is the stairs leading to the basement are in poor shape and scary looking. So i need to get a couple quotes to replace them so I can bring them back to the seller. Can anyone recommend me someone who could give me a quote for this type of work?
There are 10 steps, I believe it is the normal rise and run, and about 34-36" wide. It’s a straight shot down.
