So i removed the old carpet and refinished my stairs in hardwood (replaced risers and treads), just realized how slippery these things are when i have socks on. I have a 1.5 year old and a preggo wife so im concerned about someone slipping.
Looking to add a runner but worried about ruining the stairs with glue/tack strips etc. What are some alternatives and will most carpet places do it??
