Convert video from 3GP to anything good

I have a great video of my neighbors house for christmas. It is one of the most ridiculous things that I have ever seen.

What should I use to convert it form the 3GP that my phone shoots to a normal vid file that I can upload to youtube. I downloaded 2 converters that claimed to do this and both failed.

have you tried WinAVI?

I have never used it for 3gp format, but it has worked the best for all other formats that i’ve ever converted.
