Converting analog to digital dash

I was wondering how complicated it is to swap from an analog dash to a digital dash for an '89. I recently acquired the digital dash and would like an install procedure. I am leaving out the HUD for now because the windshield for that particular dash is $800. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

windsheild not required…

if you have the supplementary harness (required for digital) then its easy) open dash, add harness, change cluster.
