Corner Scales

Does anyone know where or have access to a set of corner scales…in the spring i am putting ground controls on my car and i want to set them up properly for auto-x by using corner scales…thank you in advance

This is Major Tom to Ground Control
I’m stepping through the door
And I’m floating in a most peculiar way
And the stars look very different today

 i saw the word ground control and it made me think of this…sorry to go OT on you chris :stuck_out_tongue:

ITS OK…i still  you

Find someone who has a race car.

IF you are serious, I would look up Bruce Perry in Rochester, he can set everything up for you. Unfortunately I can’t remember his address or phone number. Post up on the WNY-SCCA board, I’m sure somebody has it on speed dial and can give you more specifics.

thanx rick…i just want to balance it out for auto-x so hopefully i can be a little more competitive since i am getting bumped up to STX or SM

I’ll probably be looking to Bruce Perry for help as well, but I am seriously contemplating buying a set of scales for my own uses, along with camber guages and a toe string setup.

Oh yeah, this month’s GRM had a nice article on cornerweighting when they did the suspension on their MR2. I think they mentioned they had a more in-depth writeup on the process on their site.

Their website is as slow as molasses:
