As you can see from the photos, the hood window is gone, but the car does bear a resemblance to the ZR1 with a few minor tweaks for the track. There’s a revised grille in front, a large spoiler out back and a new diffuers underneath, but other than that it looks fairly close to the stock unit. If the hood window remained you’d see a 6.0-liter LS7 this year, which will be replaced by a 500-hp, 5.5-liter race-tuned LS3 for 2010 when the rules change next year.
I LOVE THE SHIT OUT OF THAT PAINTJOB
that’s raw, i like it
raw as fuck
the front needs help but I really like the paint job
Are you really judging a race car by how the front end looks?
:gay:
I wouldn’t be surprised if the vets win right out of the box. Paintjob is awesome, I was hoping they would do something other than yellow for once.
Is that overspray on the tires? LOL
Yep, it looks way too happy.
If racing on Sunday is supposed to sell cars on Monday, then the product on the track better be looking proper.
no its probably the hoosier logo when the wheels are moving…
word. not that it matters considering those tires are probably already done from that raw beast.

This is what I came in here to say.

Thank you Carol Shelby, but that only works for the Nascar Population
Well considering nascar vehicles look nothing like vehicles for sale, I would say this would sell more cars.
After watching the race on Belle Isle last year and hearing the vettes downshift into the corners, I wanted a yellow Zo6 immediately. Now I just want a flat black one.
But I would agree that the correlation is weak at best.
that car is HOT
WANT.
