Are they still doing heavy construction on that highway that leads into Sedona from Phoenix? The last time I was there they were building what looked to be a Shopping Mall, and the entire highway was ripped apart.
Sedona is definitely one of my favorite places in the country. If you avoid all the touristy bullshit, it is one heck of an experience.
The ride up to Flagstaff is fun in the summer, but probably too cold this time of year for you Phoenix folk…
