Rear view setup and started to final install headlights and radiator. Colors just red,black primer hit with a DA then matte cleared.

Thanks guys. We got a lot done since my last post. Fuel system is in and we are waiting on one fitting to mount the tank. The lines are run, pump, regulator, and carb are all buttoned up. This let us put the motor all together and install all the front components. We also have the floor built up to a couple sections on the drivers side. From the firewall to the center console is all removable panels to get at the trans. Couple access doors are also built to get at the brake components. Gas pedal and brake pedal are all mounted up and done. Dash board is started and some of the gauges are set out. Center section of the back floor is removable to get to all the fuel system, suspension, and air valves. Battery box is bolted into place. Basically got a decent chunk of the remaining work all done. Lots of bead rolling and sheet metal work is finally out of the way and hopefully by end of this week we will have the interior all buttoned up.

More of the floor and interior is in. Lots of bead rolling all over the place and lots of dimple die work. We really haven’t done much in those areas in the past so we really wanted to throw a lot of it into this build for some practice. Got the fuel tank in place finally and made up a filler neck with some random pipe and a 54 chevy neck we had laying around. Started to bend up the top of the center console out of some aluminum as well. Really pushing to get this thing done in the next couple weeks and roll another one into the shop.

It almost looks like you’re working in screen of some sort where the rear view mirror would be.
Yup a 7" screen goes there. Back up camera is on ignition so its always on. Rear window after chop and gas tank is so small its useless. This way you have some visibility out the back window.
Had a good weekend of sheet metal work on the outside. Finished making wheel arches to clear the brakes when its laid out. We fixed the chop and finished making the four door into two. Also finished up the taillight buckets and got rid of some of the rot. The body was solid for what it is when we got it but it was hacked up. The previous owner started the chop and making it a two door. The work was not done all that well, but we got it back to being straight. Also got some paint on it. Looking to have this thing finished up in the coming weeks. So for now just a cell phone pic of the paint.

We are to the point where we want to drive this thing. Still have a door panel to roll, steering stops to make, and some other small details we want to add into it, but we have waited long enough its time to fire it. So for now a couple pictures of it laying on the ground and some of the inside wrapped up. I have some good photos I have to upload off the camera so cell phone pics it is for now.
