It isnt as huge a difference as I thought. But then again, we are comparing dx9 at the end of its life, when we already know how to squeeze everything out of it, to dx10 at the beginning of its life, when we are just learning how to optimize it. I want to see dx9 vs dx10 2 years from now. it will be a disgusting difference im sure.

still shots don’t really do it justice either. DX10 rules, just wish M$ would of released it for XP though
It would have cost way too much money than it was worth to implement dx10 into xp. A new os was the only real option there.

Direct X 10, its only for new graphics card and can only be used with windows Vista.
