As of this year yes.
Last year it was $80.

is there going to be a tire machine at the track?

Not normally no.
If someone on their own has brought one it’s a possibility but with us as CSCS no.

i’m going hopefully my pcv vacuum pump system keeps the smoke down lol. Seems good as of right now. Maybe it needs a drift around the block to make sure… >.>
