And to be fair, I think he tried to rob the bank after he was on film (not that that’s smart, either).

For those of you who remember Josh Warner as a greenhorn on the Wizard during last season, it seems he has been arrested and charged in connection with at least three bank robberies. The arrest occurred after the vehicle he was riding in was pulled over in a routine traffic stop by Illinois Police. He was being held on $US30,000 bail in the Tazewell County Jail. The first of the robberies occured in October of 2007, well before his 15 minutes of fame on the show, however the remaining two robberies occurred just a few months ago in August 2009.

- April 3, 2009 — Pacific Continental bank, 1450 High St.
