can we add turrents?
I don’t know why you’re telling lies to us, we don’t care if you’re breaking the law.
I showed you a link to the IRS showing you can’t deduct anything about your car as a NY resident. My audi came from PA recently, NY doesn’t “abide by any rules from PA”, it’s just like any other purchase from out of state, you do need the title notarized but that doesn’t change anything about registration or taxes.
So have fun with your toys, and I hope you don’t get caught, but what you’re doing is tax fraud in two or more ways…
edit:
I did not evade taxes so keep arguing with me about it, it pisses me off you are accusing me of it. I registered the G wagen using the PA title and tax form so obviously I know what I’m talking about, the DMV accepted it and told me they default to the PA paperwork. Sorry, but your transaction was not the same.
As far as taxes, I am just telling you what I did this year on taxes. It accepted it, but we will see what NY state thinks when I get my return.
because you are able to get away with something does not make it legal. :picard:
Unless you get auditted, you will always get away with it. Just because you get your return back with the money, doesn’t mean it was accurate. Just an fyi on that. Im not a nys resident but I did read the link, theblue is correct on that.
lol. you don’t say.
Who cares?
I care, because if I’m missing out on a legal way to flip $20k cars without paying $2k tax per round I want in! pretty legit reason to care in my mind.
but again, I don’t care if he’s doing something illegal, I just want in if there is a legit way to do it.
Sounds like the wah-mbulance is coming.
