FS Chipped P28 ECU
I had it chipped to run a d16y8 on OBD1.
Includes the OBD2B to OBD1 harness needed to run the engine.
The ECU is socketed so you can take to any local speed shop and have tuned to your liking.
I paid $350 to have it all done and ended up selling the car instead.
Looking for $225 or trade, never know, just ask.

It was setup to run a 99’ civic D16y8, I’m not sure of the difference between OBD2 and OBD2B, I had them make the harness as well
How about 2 bald tires and some empty moutain dew cans?
fyi these can be bought with anyones specs for around 240 or so
and obd2a is 96-98 civic and 99-2000 is obd2b
