So here’s the deal, had this on my 99’ Civic ex, D16Y8, and I ended up selling the car without it, so this has 5 minutes of idle time on it.
I am trying to sell the cam itself for $225 O/BO
BUT, I had a P28 chipped to run my car OBD1, so I am also selling the ECU.
I would consider selling the cam and ECU together for $400 firm
The Cam is practically bran new, I paid $30o for it + shipping.

look online for comparable prices with chipped p28’s you will find your price is inflated a bit
ill give you 40 bucks for the ECU
