Devil's Own Universal DVC-30 Stage 2 Methanol Injection Kit

For sale is my Devil’s Own Universal Stage 2 Progressive methanol injection kit. The night before my dyno tune day (March 4, 2011), I was running through everything doing last minute checks. It was then that I found that the pump had decided to quit pumping. It turned on, but wouldn’t pump any meth. I sent it out to Devil’s Own and since I was within my year’s warranty, they replaced it. They were having some supply issues with the pumps, and it just showed up at my door about a week ago. I have already tuned my car without the meth injection, and have lost the desire to put the kit back into my car.

This kit is completely adjustable, you can adjust the pump pressure, when the meth turns on, and when it sprays fully. This kit is NOT a simple on/off for the meth, it sprays progressively depending on input from the boost line that runs to it and what your ON and FULL settings are

The kit is 98% complete, the only thing it is missing is some zipties, and the four self-tapping screws to mount the pump (I think these might still be floating around in my garage somewhere, I’ll have to take a look) Included in the sale will be:

  1. The meth pump (BRAND NEW, NEVER BEEN USED)
  2. Progressive Methanol Controller
  3. Two injection nozzles (3gph, 7gph)
  4. Wire taps (which I never used)
  5. Self-sealing tank tap (I was using my windshield washer fluid reservoir)
  6. 3 Quart meth tank (NEVER BEEN USED) I drilled this for the tank tap, the area I drilled was somewhat thick, so you may need to shave some of the surrounding area off to get the tank tap to sit right
  7. Float Switch (NEVER BEEN USED, STILL SEALED IN BAG) This switch trips a light on the controller to let you know when you’re running low on meth. I never installed this because I was so used to checking the meth levels daily
  8. The all-important instruction manual so you can install it right the first time
  9. Stickers, so you can let everyone know what you’re packing
  10. Fuse block, so you don’t fry your controller
  11. A length of never used meth hose, don’t know how much is there, I didn’t measure it. I just cut what I needed and put this back in the box
  12. Another length of used meth hose. This length was long enough to run from where I had the pump mounted (right next to the windshield washer tank) all the way up to where I was injecting the meth (right near the throttle body)
  13. Check valve (so you don’t reverse pressurize the system, or siphon meth off when you’re not boosting LIKE A BOSS)
  14. Nozzle holder (this is where you screw in the nozzle and connect it to the rest of the system)
  15. A small length of vacuum tubing and T connector

I paid $375 for this setup, plus shipping. It ended up costing me just over $400, I’m asking $275 PICKED UP IN OP. Also willing to ship at buyer’s expense. I will listen to offers…

If you have ANY other questions, feel free to ask, I will do my best to answer them.
