Did S13s with black interiors always have grey seat belts?

I’m in the US and my 1990 S13 has a black interior with auto seatbelts. Although my seats and headliner are grey in color, everything else is black. I would like to convert my belts to manual but can’t seem to find them in black.

Did the Canadian model 240SX with a black interior have grey or black seatbelts? Were the A-pillar and B-pillar trim panels black or grey?

that is it. japan/europe were slightly different, how I’m unsure other than black carpet I got in the JDM 1/2 cut I bought
