on a brand new install of XP pro SP2… I’m trying to install NHL 07 (it worked before without any problems). After I “ok” the licence agreement, it tells me that I don’t have the latest version of DirectX and aborts the install… I installed the latest release and I’m still getting the same error.
anyone see this before? I tried manually uninstalling directX thru the registry so to revert to an older version, and didnt help. So I formatted again (figured something maybe got screwed up when I installed it) and installed XP again, and still got the same error when I try to install it.
anyone have an idea?
