I’m looking to pick up a Z6 manual transmission. Mine is on its way out. It needs to specifically be for a 92-95 Civic EX/Si or maybe a 93-95 Del Sol Si. It can’t be from any other D-block. Obviously, it must be clean – no bearing issues, bad synchros, etc. Lower mileage and not beaten on is preferred. It would be even better if the tranny were currently in a car and I can listen to/test drive it. Cash in hand.
why not pick up a 96-00 EX trans? they are the same thing besides a few internal differences. 93-97 del sol SI too.

that what i thought. its not like there is some super secret d series trans thats 100000x better than the others.
That’s pretty much it. A Y8 trans would rock, but it needs be a Z6… ideally that is. If no one cares Marnie, you should sell me your Y8 trans if you still have it.
