email question

I check 5 different email accounts from three different computers and sometimes my phone. What is the best way to have access to all of the emails in each account? I would like to be able to see what I have sent/received from each account on each computer. 2 of the accounts are gmail 2 are roadrunner and 1 is for my website(which has 2 of those email account forwarded to it).

Add each account to outlook?

OR

Don’t use 5 fucking email addresses and forward them all to one?

Seriously, what do you do with 5 email accounts?

Bullshit email address, school email address, personal email address, company email address.

I can only justify 4 :frowning: maybe If I had lambo doors I could have 5 :frowning:

Wrong Suzuki. haha

ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo touche

I have

-work
-personal
-business personal (receipts etc)
-forums
-junk

pretty much the same thing. I do not want to forward to one because I have to be able to send out from each one and I don’t want a cluster fuck when I try to look for an email.

Use an email client that allow multiple email accounts…Outlook…Thunderbird

The problem I have with that is I have to set outlook to save the mail on the server then I have all these emails taking up space. Maybe I will try to eliminate a couple accounts.

English?

I don’t like the way Outlook handles it.

You can make outlook leave email on the server or save it to your PC…

The problem is it’s a pain in the ass to set the 3 computers to leave a copy on the server then 1 to not leave a copy on the server and make sure the 1 set to not take a copy is the last one I check the email with so there is a copy on each of the other computers. I can’t get what I want with Outlook.

IMAP. Problem solved

Gmail is great for this.

Setup filters for junk, forums, newsletters, personal. Anything coming into my email directly is in my inbox and then anything to like my.email+forums@gmail.com is put into a folder and so forth. Also my personal company email is routed through there. Simple web based client and tons of storage
