well, i need to make a collector for my new turbo manifold (im doing it right this time). ive been messing around with autodesk inventor for the past few hours trying to figure out what angles to cut and such on some straight sectoins of 1.625 OD pipe to get the shape of a T25 garret style inlet flange…1.5"x2" opening with i THINK .25" rounded corners…i got close, but it left a gap in the corners with the fillets are. anyone able to help? or be able to tell me where i can get one already set up for a t25 for less than $100???
or will i have to settle for something along these lines:

That collector is fucking gross. Cutting them is easy once you figure it out, unfortunatly figuring it out is what you will need to do. Not too many people are willing to give up info on their jigs for cutting the proper angles nor how to do it as no one and I mean no one will help you. The reason many fabricators will not just tell someone how to do it is because no one would help them and people then take all the hard work they have put into it and undercut them. It’s kind of a bitch thing but many fabricators are tight lipped.
^ o yeah, totally understandable. i have some scrap to try it out on, so i might see what i come up with, i just gotta sit down and really look at it.
