Hi, I have had this one year old iPod Touch 16GB that we bought about one year ago. We downloaded a song, then it stopped working and we cannot get it working again. We took it back to Wal*Mart, and they said we need a receipt. Of course, we cannot find it, so we are out of luck.

If you work on these, it might be something simple, but I don’t know, so it’s as is, no refunds. The screen will not power up, but when you hook it up, it reads it in the computer, but won’t do anything else.

E: It probably just needs to be put in recovery mode and get reset from iTunes, I had it happen with my iPhone once. It’s not a biggie, and it seems reasonable, based on his description. I would have paid $182.50 to get that, fix it, and resell it, if I were in the business.
