This is going to be a long shot, but here goes nothing…
Trying to clean out my little parts storage room in the basement. Came across the factory Mach 300 six disc CD changer that came out of the wife’s old Escape. We swapped it out for a Pioneer HU years ago because she wanted to be able to use her iPod. I’ve seen these go for a wide range of prices. Anywhere from $160.00 - $200.00. My dealer cost on an advanced exchange unit from my supplier new is $225.00.
This is the best fitment guide I could find:

Everything worked as intended when it came out of the car, and it was stored in a clean, dry environment. Let’s start this off at $145.00. I’m located in Lyndonville.
All she had to do was buy the aux interface for this which is like $60, to use with the iPod, this should fit any ford vehicle, which makes me semi interested, what’s the price on this? And I take it it’s not mp3 cd as I don’t see it on the headunit.
I didn’t feel the need to spend $60 bucks on an iPod interface when I had a Pioneer HU sitting around. It “should” fit any Ford vehicle with a DIN + 1/2 size opening, whether or not it will plug in is the next question. No, this is not MP3 CD. The Audiophile unit plays data discs, the Mach 300 does not. I’ll start with the asking price of $145.00
Really? This is ridiculous. I’ve never had my balls busted so much for trying to sell something, and it’s over a radio. Give me a break.
The opening in the dash looks like a double-DIN slot, but is actually a little smaller. A single-DIN aftermarket car stereo fits right in there with a mounting kit. A double-DIN kit is also available, but you’ll need to modify the Escape’s sub-dash to accommodate the new receiver. As a result, you will not be able to re-install the original Ford radio after making these modifications.
