when I started working behind a desk in 01, I weighed about 190 (around 6’4" ish) and was in great shape. I could do pull ups/push ups/jog all day long, no problem.
8 years later, I’ve gained around 20-30 lbs and got pretty out of shape. :\
maybe next year
