This car is lien free, and has a clean title. There was one incident that would show up on a carfax. About 3 months ago I had a deer run into the side of the car while I was going ~45. The deer wrecked the passenger fender, and passenger front door. Both were replaced with OEM VW parts, and professionally painted and installed by Autobahn collision in Williamsville. I have pictures documenting the damage, be assured this was nothing more than superficial.
