AMD is better for people ona tight pudget such as i.
Computer is for average gaming nothing hardcore diablo 2, CS, Farcry, and maybe doom 3 but if i decide to play that im gonna buy a Radeon 9800 Pro
AMD is alright, but I heart Intel.

YOu can over clock the fuck out of those chips air cooled. All the 2600-3000 are are 2500 chipsets over clocked a little more. YOu can air cool a 2500 overlclocked to a 3000 easy. My buddy has his over clocked pretty good, arounda 3100 speed.

overclocking is for the weak… buying a beefy processor and beefy motherboard is where its at. i am still contemplating building my 3.2ghz intel p4 800mhz FSB w/ hyperthreading then running 4 150gb SATA drives…
doubt im going to be doing any overclocking
