I definitely feel like in order to rock the blue, you need to ditch the other colors on the car. Especially the amber.

The chrome should go too.

It is an auto, I wanted something my girl/friends/family could drive when they come to visit me. They sure as hell aren’t getting their hands on the vette. :stuck_out_tongue:

I will get clear corners/smoked corners and white tails for the car as well as black out the kidneys. One step at a time though, as this is my daily, I usually wait to see if I can pick up the parts used before I buy them new. I just spent way too much on tires for it. :meh2:

Plus I’m focusing on the vette more so still.

Those rims remind me of the blue stuff tire companies put on their whitewalls for shipping.

Love the lip as long as nothing on the car gets painted like it too, and +1 with the ambers but I love the lip and the car the white with black trim is sexy as fuck.

i used to live on the corner of kuykendahl and cypress spring drive, 2nd home was 1960 and kuykendahl at Molly’s Pub. used to spend some good times on the skid pad on/off ramps up in the woodlands, blaze up 45, cops never really messed with anyone. unless you were completely wasted and swerving, they didn’t mind. when i got there they JUST passed the open container law. when i was in Austin it was still legal to drink in a car as long as you weren’t driving.

I don’t think they really enforce it too much though. I always see/know people drinking while they drive still. The on/off ramps are great, I’ll dive the //M into them at 60mph and the people in the next lane go :jawdrop:. The cops are pretty laid back still, though they have been cracking down on speeding alone the feeder roads. As long as you keep it under 60 you should be ok.
