Well I have had my coils for a while and I have been wanting to go extremely low for sometime. Tonight Ian (iank) and Remi [kuppler8] came over around 9 pm and we got to work. The night basically consisted of lowering the front another inch and the rear an inch and a half. During that we had to mess with some much need camber in the front and rear, so we basically maxed it out, at least until the alignment.
Also with the help of Remi’s sweet new tool lol we fixed the front fenders a bit as the rears are already rolled. We finished around 1 am and then went for a much needed Jim’s run. Over all it was a very good night. Just for reference I am running 18x9.5 Work Emo Kias with a 255/35 tire on BC Racing Coilovers.
Very please with the way it turned out and the fitment and stance of the car. Next in line is an alignment on Thursday and some extended studs in the rear(fronts are already in). Hoping to be running -3 camber in the front and -2 camber in the rear, just a tad more than I was running before. Ian will follow with posting a bunch of pics soon. And I know about the whole “blah…blah…blah this is bad for the track” bullshit but I don’t care so please keep those comments out. Until Ian posts some pics the 2 below are all I have. Let me know what ya think. Thanks
I had my car that low once… then I drove it and realized the ride quality sucked soooo much, lol. It was only like that for a week before I raised it back.
