if you swerve something in the road and crash, isnt it usualy considered faulure to maintain control ?
i mean i could see if he was swerving to avoid a car wreck that had alread happened on the blind side of a curve or over a hill
… or swerving to miss a kid that ran out into the road
but fucking swerving to miss a BRA ???
i mean god … that would be almost as damaging as hitting a paper bag in the road …
