For Sale Forum Rules and Regulations
01 - In the thread title please be as specific and descriptive as possible. Non descriptive titles will be edited. ie car for sale like year/ make / model, misc parts for sale etc…
02 - A sale thread’s initial post must state an asking price. Of course you can haggle, but an initial price must be stated. A post simply asking for offers or conducting a PM auction is not allowed. A price must be stated in initial post.
03 - Sellers please provide your email address as well as phone number where possible
04 - Please when wanting to contact a seller do not post in the threads, doing so will get you banned. These threads are for the seller only, to contact the sller pm, email, or phone them.
05 - Combine numerous ‘for sale’ items into one post. More than 2 posts by an individual member posting either a ‘for sale’ item or a ‘want to buy’ post will result in the thread being locked. If the member persists, further posts will be deleted without notice.
06 - For members only, if you are a business and not one of our affiliates you cannot post here. If you are a bussiness and post you will get you banned as this is for members not vendors.
07 - You cannot sell something you do not have in your immediate possession.
no selling for friends - must be something you have yourself.
08 - Alcohol, tobacco, narcotic/pharmaceuticals, or weapon sales/trade are strictly prohibited.
09 - The thread cannot be a link to an Ebay auction (or any similar off-site Auction), or a jump page that leads to an Ebay auction. The DC classifieds space is not meant to be used to gather attention to a bid.
10 - One bump a day please. Bumping multiple times a day will get your thread locked.

Not following these rulles will cause your threads to get locked, deleted, and possibly yourself banned.
