well, just like its little brother (Cobra motor, which retails for $14,000 brand new)
it’s completely hand built, very rare (only 300 cars made, for 05, so pretty much only a hand ful of replacement engines made).
the DOHC 5.4L in the GT has been proven to handle over 1000hp on a stock shortblock. That and its insanely underrated. 550bhp is a joke… a lot of them are reported to dyno in the 540-560rwhp area.
