Any idea what the cel is on for?

I thought the Ford OBD1 system was really hard to check, but I think I retrieved a code for an oxygen sensor issue, which are around $40

Its probably either an oxygen sensor or a MAF sensor. These are very common on these trucks.

The MAF sensor has been replaced at some point
