Anyone know where I can find and download a free version of Microsoft Word? I bought my laptop apprx a year ago and it came with Microsoft Works, and My resume is saved on Microsoft Word (it was done by a friend on a different computer). Anyways, when I send it to prospective employers they are unable to open it because it is now saved on Works, which apparently noone has. lol…if you can provide me with a link to a free downloadable non virus tainted version of Microsoft Word I would greatly appreciate it. open office is an opensource alternative to microsoft office. It’s 100% free to use.
Another vote for openoffice, but if you find it doesn’t cut it for you, I’ll upload Office 2000 for you.
