neat… cant believe no one wanted to yank her out for some hairys and down with the sickness!
I’ll have to dig it out, but about 2 years ago, they sold off a collectors stash of classic Vettes, COPO Camaros, etc that he had in trailers uncovered. BIG $$$$$
Some strange people out there. But there are a decent amount of super low mileage cars out there still.
Come on, that’s 25 year old dirt! You can’t reproduce that! :banghead:
if i had the room id buy it i have a brand new set of iroc wheels with centers in the boxes! Thats such an awsome find.
I thought all IROCs came with a TPI setup …
i thought just the 350s came with tpi?
Tpi was an option all the way through the iroc yrs.I had an 88 or 89 that had a 305 tbi on it.
Nels- since you of all people appreciate a good restoration and a story behind it,How about selling me those rims for my old HS Iroc I’m restoring!!!
My 86 is a 305 tpi.Not for long tho!!!:eekdance:
Iroc’s were made from 1985-1990. All 1985 and 1986’s came with 305’s that were either TPI or carbureted. In 1987 the 5.7L/350 TPI was available for the first time but they still also came with 305 TPI and carbureted. In 1988 the carbureted 305 was replaced by the fuel injected 305 aka TBI but your TPI models were still available. Tuned Port models were actually rare compared to the numbers they made in carbureted and TBI models. I only know this because I used to be in love with these cars when I was younger.
