he bought it with ~2k miles, he was the third owner. rumor has it, the first owner dumped it pulling into his driveway, the second owner never titled it and just sold it to my pops.
my dad is 57 now, and doesnt need anything like this. the clutch basket needs to be replaced. the disks and springs were replaced when the bike was still being used, but the basket looked pretty beat up. cycle stop in rochester quoted me 175 for the entire thing, basket, springs, disks, etc. it had brand new tires before he put it away, and they still look mint, no cracks or anything. other than that, it should only need some routine maintainence. the bike has 5.2k miles. we need to make more room in the garage, and its a shame its not being used.
