-LOW KM sr20det. Purchased from toronto JDM. BEST motorset I’ve EVER had…ZERO turbo play, no evidence of fluid leaks, PERFECT compression, doesn’t burn any oil. Professional alignment done at CAN-ALIGN. Just passed legal e-test (Not even hot rod, fully legal!)

All fluids regularly changed, car has never overheated, always been taken care of. Ran shannonville like a champ, and drove home. The car is SUPER clean. A number of people on this forum can attest to that. Underbody/engine bay pictures will be up tomorrow.
The front bumper needs a new coat of black, the rear hatch wasn’t de-spoiler’d properly (previous owner), and the windshield has a small crack (will not affect safety)
Car will be sold safetied and etested
