The Good:
This car is a fun, good on gas, 4 door car. It’s pearl white in color, with a tan leather interior. 5spd, power windows/locks, and very light tint.
Since i’ve had it I changed:
-rear brakes
-distributor
-EGR and Throttle body
-driver/passenger side door lock
-pass side window motor/regulator
-new muffler (not performance, OEM)
The Bad:
There is usual nissan rust on the sides of the car, nothing too major, just wanted to give you a heads up.
The transmission blew. I was in the process of changing it when unexpected expenses came up.
At this point, the transmission is out of the car, all bolts, axles and parts are removed ready for another tranny to be simply bolted up. Average price of a tranny is $200.
I no longer have the time to complete the swap, so there are 2 options for the price:
1- I can pay a friend of mine to complete the tranny installation at his shop and the price is $1350 for the car.
OR
2- If you want to install it yourself, and save the extra $$$ no problem. Take the car for $1000.
I need to get rid of it, so make me a reasonable offer. Don’t make stupid offers either, as this car is a great car, even for the winter for those who need it.
