Yea, the original wiring harness that was in the car was fine, just the ECU grounds did not have a solid connection.
I thought I had a serious problem with my harness so I bought one from Varun. That harness was complete shit and there were a bunch of wires shorted together inside the harness. This killed two of my ECUs and $200 lol. Oh well…
