              but you see, lowballing is usually an insult to the seller, where as you are saying that all the hard work they poured into their car is not worth their asking price.
if you lowball, you lose respect, and when you lose respect on these boards, people will start treating you like shit and, in the long run, give preferencial treatment to others who they actually want to sell to. 
best bet is to not be an idiot, and to not insult the moderators. especially greg, i hear he likes watching people eat other peoples faces.
