i buillt this box back in da day, when i had my s13 hb, it was measured to fit in a s13 hb with privacy cover on, not sure on s14, box desinged for jl audio w3 12, i sold it for $300 with da subs to tony from andrew motors, lol i know da box cause i didnt carpet it, to lazy
