basicly i used the i pod for about 6-8 months , i went on vacation and i WAS OUT OF THE HOTEL WITH MY I POD AND THE CLEANERS STOLE ALL MY CABLES. so there for the ipod onley comes with the POD and the head phones. since my parents got me a 40 gig im willing to let it go for $100.

to be honest i do not have the receipt for it , i picked it up at a pawn shop at queen and church
about 6-8 months ago as stated in the post. i payed $250 brand new in the box the guy had about 8-10 at his store and he sed he dident want to give me a receipt considering the price i was paying for it at the time .
the reason im selling it for $100 is because as i sed i payed $250 for every thing now i dont have every thing any more and i also have a new i pod that is 2x the size so i priced it to sell qwik. if you want it just let me know .

I thought he bought it from a shop, that i could return it to, if something went wrong. I keep my receipt for all major my purchases. Especially ones that i could claim under warranty. Makes sense IMO.
