Well there comes a time when sometimes you have to make a choice between practicality, and having nice things. This falls under that category, so it’s time to sell my beloved wagon. Currently I still use this car to make the daily commute to work, however it’s available to drive and check out on the weekends and afternoons.
-114k miles as of the drive to work this morning.
-Timing belt done at 80k by the guys at the late Hybrid Connection
-Diff & tranny fluid, and spark plugs changed out at 105k
-Perrin Air Filter, the only better mod is vinyl stickers!
-6-Disc CD changer, no fumbling with CDs unless you hate all 6.
-Factory Sub, conviently located under the passenger seat.
-Cruise control, good for those who like to take a lazy trip
-Fancy black & grey interior, with blue patterns in the seats in door panels.
-Not blue, make sure you stand out from the Subaru crowd in Sedona Pearl Red
-Air conditioning
-Power windows
The good:
-Not automatic! That is right, it has that funny shaped stick for shifting!
-So reliable your teeth will probably rot out before the car breaks.
-Lots of cargo space = fun times
-Reasonably sport, yet completely practical
-Cops won’t notice it.
-Maintenance is simple, and most importantly very inexpensive.
-Factory ricer Momo steering wheel!
-Air conditioning, push button, receive frosty air perfect for summer.
-Power windows, no cranks here!
-Roof rack, perfect for things? On the roof!
The bad:
-Clock is broken, fuck 4:20. 88:88 for life!
-Minor wear & tear in the cargo area.
