Call some insurance companies up and find out its not that bad.
I will guess about 1400’s/yr. As my brother fits your profile and owns an evo also. I am 29 and pay about 1200/yr (higher coverages though on mine).

Thats not bad at all…I remember paying $2500 a year when I was 16 with my old DSM!!!
Well i have to say its not that bad i pay 1100 every 6 months. Not much of a difference from my talon maybe $200 give or take a little.
